Life Is Beautiful is seeking an experienced person to secure, direct and leverage partnerships with brands and companies for the festival and beyond. You should have experience and the skills to drive company and brand growth through strategic partnerships, identify and execute opportunities for innovation and win/win aligned output, and lead a team of sales and project managers. You care about creating partnerships and doing work that is customer orientated and supports a greater mission and values. Most of all you have the vision to evolve festival sponsorships to deeper partnerships and the drive to execute both long and short-term objectives for consumers, brands, and Life Is Beautiful.


  • Develop and deliver a clearly defined new business and partnership strategy, including short and long-term measurable key performance indicators
  • Coach and oversee the external sales and partnership operations team with growth goals for each member of the team, and yourself
  • Secure new partners and retaining existing ones that align to win/win and culture principles
  • Understand how to create value for brand partners and event guests both onsite and through offline and online marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate Life Is Beautiful’s capabilities and competitive advantage to brands, agencies, and industry, with the ability to share top achievements and case studies.
  • Build, develop and foster a network of relationships through warm leads and brand outreach to create new opportunities
  • With the Marketing & Brand teams, assist clients with creative, digital content, and impactful experience ideation that connects partners with our customers, win/win principles and our mission.
  • Develop clear and concise partnership proposals that strategically meet client objectives.
  • Articulate strategies around B2B positioning for Life Is Beautiful Festival and developing business units.
  • Write clear and concise partnership proposals that strategically meet client objectives.
  • Work with the leadership team to design and package engaging consumer-facing experience products for sponsorship integration.
  • Oversee and guide new business collateral creation, pitch materials, etc.
  • Identifying ‘what’s next’ in live and experiential entertainment and strategically mapping out how the company can take advantage of trends.
  • Leverage the Life Is Beautiful Festival and the additional touchpoints as holistic opportunities for client partnerships.
  • In partnership with the Finance teams, drive sales best practices, including systems utilization, prospecting, donor reporting, analytics, and partner communications
  • Demonstrated experience in strategically building non-profit fundraising campaigns to support community partners is a plus.  


Qualified applicants will have:

  • 6 years+ experience with a proven track record in securing partnerships and achieving revenue objectives with brand partnerships
  • 3 years+ experience growing and leading teams through strong communication and relationship management skills.
