General Information

Life is Beautiful will take place, rain or shine, September 20, 21 and 22, 2019, in Downtown Las Vegas. Musicians, artists and speakers, as well as set times, are subject to change. A festival wristband must be worn at all times and will be void if tampered with or removed. Everyone is subject to search upon entry to the festival.

Life is Beautiful encompasses 18 city blocks in Downtown Las Vegas, extending from 7th to 11th Streets and from Mesquite to Carson avenues. The festival entrance is located at Fremont and 7th street and Fremont & 11th Street. While at Life Is Beautiful, set aside time to explore both the iconic Fremont Street Experience and the bars and restaurants of the Fremont East District, both right outside the footprint.

Festival Times

Festival gates will open at 2 p.m. daily and will close at 1 a.m. A detailed schedule of set times will be available closer to the festival.

Life is Beautiful is excited to bring back its festival Volunteer Program, INSIDE Beautiful, for another year! Keep up to date with us on social media or join our newsletter for the latest information. If you have any questions, please email us at volunteers@lifeisbeautiful.com.

ADA Information

Life is Beautiful is accessible to all guests with disabilities. There will be elevated Accessible Viewing Platforms located at all stages. These viewing platforms are for guests who use wheelchairs, have significant mobility disabilities or have difficulty standing for long periods of time. Folding chairs are available at each platform. Staff will manage the viewing platform accordingly to make sure patrons are comfortable during busy times. Accessible restrooms are also located near each viewing platform and are scattered throughout the venue within all banks of restrooms. If you have any additional questions about accessibility, please contact us via email at access@lifeisbeautiful.com.

Service Animals

Pets are not allowed within Life is Beautiful festival grounds. However, service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities will be allowed. The owner of the animal may be asked to describe the support the animal provides.

Special Dietary Needs

Outside food and drink (with the exception of sealed bottled waters) will not be allowed in the festival grounds. If a patron has special medical dietary restrictions, items will be allowed if accompanied by a doctor’s note. We will do our best to accommodate all patrons trying to enjoy the festival. If you have any questions, please contact info@lifeisbeautiful.com.

In and Out Policy

It is our top priority for everyone to have a safe, fun and beautiful time. And this festival is such a beautiful experience that you won’t want to miss a minute of the action. However, we also understand the desire to take a break, to freshen up and to explore Downtown Las Vegas. To offer the best experience possible for attendees, General Admission guests will be permitted three exits and three reentries per day. If you exit and reenter, you must be back inside by 9 p.m. This policy helps us eliminate wait times and lines at the entrance and to ensure the safety and security of the festival and all festival goers. Remember, if you are leaving, to always get scanned out by a security supervisor BEFORE you exit. You will not be allowed to return to the festival grounds otherwise. We are here to help. Ask any uniformed personnel at the festival gates for assistance with on-site questions.

Life is Beautiful is an all-ages festival. Everyone 2 and over will need a festival wristband. A wristband will take the place of a paper ticket. Wristbands will ship in advance. No tickets will be printed or shipped.

A high-security wristband with an embedded RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip will be mailed to you before the festival. The wristband is like cash—it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Please do not put on your wristband before the Festival weekend. The wristband will be scanned as you enter the festival site. It should remain on your wrist throughout the festival.

If you have any ticketing questions or concerns, please reach out to tickets@lifeisbeautiful.com.

Life is Beautiful is always looking for creative minds to join the team and empower the community around us. Visit our careers page for more information.

We make every effort to create a safe environment on the festival grounds, including public and private security and medical staff throughout the festival. If you have a specific question regarding safety, security or medical information, please contact a Life is Beautiful representative at info@lifeisbeautiful.com.
