BAG POLICY

Life is Beautiful is implementing NEW BAG RESTRICTIONS for the 2018 festival. This is meant to enhance safety, security and entrance efficiency for attendees. While we would prefer that fans come bag free, we realize that is not always possible.

Below are the descriptions of bags that will be allowed into the festival:

  • Small bags, purses and totes up to 6” x 8” x 3” do not have to be clear.

  • Drawstring bags and other bags with one singular opening (no pockets) up to 13” x 16” do not have to be clear.

  • Backpacks and bags with multiple pockets larger than 6” x 8” x 3” must be made of clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC.

  • Hydration packs emptied of all liquid, that have no more than two pockets in addition to the one holding the water reservoir, and have a gear capacity of no more than 2.5L/150 cubic inches .

Entry search

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.

Illegal items will be confiscated. No items will be held by staff. If you are bringing prescription medication, make sure the name on the label matches the name on your ID, and medical personnel will clear it at the entry gate.

You are subject to search anytime you enter the festival site (re-entry). LIB reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons.

At any time during the entry process if you have questions, ask for assistance from Festival Staff located at the front gates.

Exiting and re-entering

It is our top priority for everyone to have a safe, fun and beautiful time. And this festival is such a beautiful experience that you won’t want to miss a minute of the action. However, we also understand the desire to take a break, to freshen up and to explore Downtown Las Vegas. To offer the best experience possible for attendees, General Admission guests will be permitted three exits and three reentries per day. If you exit and reenter, you must be back inside by 9 p.m. This policy helps us eliminate wait times and lines at the entrance and to ensure the safety and security of the festival and all festival goers. Remember, if you are leaving, to always get scanned out by a security supervisor BEFORE you exit. You will not be allowed to return to the festival grounds otherwise. We are here to help. Ask any uniformed personnel at the festival gates for assistance with on-site questions.

Park & Ride Passes

Parking at the festival can be tricky. Make it easy on yourself and take advantage of a guaranteed spot in the World Market Center lot and round-trip shuttle rides to Life is Beautiful in less than 10 minutes. A pass includes rides for individual passengers between the World Market Center and the festival all weekend. Park & Ride is at World Market Center, 495 S. Grand Central Parkway, and drops off within a block of the festival entrance.

    Keep the neighborhood beautiful

Downtown Las Vegas is our home and we share this space with our neighbors, many of whom live in festival’s footprint or the surrounding area. Show them how beautiful of an experience this is by leaving no trace behind other than memories: Throw away your trash, respect the space, your festival friends and the residents surrounding the community.
