SMS Terms

These SMS Terms of Service (the “SMS Terms”) govern the provision, receipt, and delivery of text messages by or on behalf of Life is Beautiful, LLC (“Life is Beautiful,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to receive text messages from us (the “Life is Beautiful Texts”), you consent to receive real time news and updates on lineup announcements, ticket on-sale’s, contest and promotions from Life is Beautiful and expect up to three (3) or more messages per month.

By providing your consent to receive Life is Beautiful Texts (as described below), you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by emailing us at privacydirector@pmc.com with “Revoke Electronic Consent” in the subject line. These SMS Terms will still apply if you withdraw consent to the use of an electronic record.

To view and retain a copy of this disclosure or any information regarding your enrollment in this program, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. AGREEMENT AND CONSENT TO RECEIVE LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL TEXTS

You can provide us with your consent to receive Life is Beautiful Texts in multiple ways, such as by providing us with your phone number on our site, through communications or transactions with us, or by opting into receiving Life is Beautiful Texts. By providing your consent, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.
By providing consent, you authorize us to use automated or nonautomated technology to send Life is Beautiful Texts to the number associated with your consent. We may send you an initial message confirming your enrollment in Life is Beautiful Texts.

ELIGIBILITY

By consenting to receive Life is Beautiful Texts, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and understand the obligations and agree to the terms set forth in these SMS Terms and our Terms of Use. You further represent that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and for which you are authorized to opt into Life is Beautiful Texts.

COSTS OF THE LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL TEXTS

Life is Beautiful does not charge you for Life is Beautiful Texts. But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

OPTING OUT OF THE LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL TEXTS

To get help about Life is Beautiful Texts, text HELP +1 (844) 933-3436 in reply to a Life is Beautiful Text. To opt out of  Life is Beautiful Texts, you must text STOP to +1 (844) 933-3436 in reply to a Life is Beautiful text you receive. We may not recognize other opt-out commands, and you agree that we are not responsible if you submit opt-out commands that do not comply with these SMS Terms. You must separately opt out of each number from which you’ve provided us with consent to receive Life is Beautiful Texts. After we receive your “STOP” text, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message. 

We may change the phone number or short code from which we send Life is Beautiful Texts. Opt-out and other requests sent to a phone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us, and you agree Life is Beautiful is not responsible for honoring requests sent to a phone number or short code that has been changed.

MODIFICATIONS TO THESE SMS TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms, or any part thereof, or add or remove terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment in Life is Beautiful Texts shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.

WHAT ARE TICKET TIERS?

There is no difference in ticket tiers other than price. Tiered pricing is our way of showing the benefits of purchasing early, with loyal fans receiving tickets with the lowest prices the sooner they buy.

LAYAWAY TERMS

The layaway payment plan includes a down payment at the time of purchase and subsequent installments until the ticket is fully paid off. After the down payment is made, the subsequent payments will be automatically deducted from the card you used to make the original purchase on the following dates: 

  • Down Payment – Due at time of purchase
  • Installment 1 – Due 7/21
  • Installment 2 – Due 8/11

*Down Payment and subsequent instalments totals will vary depending upon quantity of tickets selected. Above reflects pricing for a single ticket.

Ticket price includes layaway fee, shipping and service fees, and the 9% Nevada Live Entertainment Tax.

Default on payments will result in cancellation of your order and the loss of a $50.00 termination fee. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan. You must pay attention to your bank and credit card statements to make sure your payment is successfully completed on each scheduled date. You will be granted a 10 day grace period from each scheduled payment date to process any missed payments, and instructions will be emailed from Front Gate Tickets to do so. If your payment is not made in full by the 10th day after the payment due date your order will be cancelled and you will forfeit the $50.00 termination fee in addition to the $10 layaway fee.

All purchases and partial purchases are non-refundable. If you fail, for any reason, to pay any of the installments you will void your ticket and you will forfeit the $50.00 termination fee in addition to the $10.00 layaway fee.

Wristbands associated with your order will not be shipped until all payments are complete. Wristband shipping begins in early September.
